Job summary

This senior role requires deep power-generation knowledge, 12+ years of construction experience and 10+ years of field supervision; Lean practice experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 12+ years construction experience.
• 10+ years field supervision.
• Experience leading Lean on projects.
• Proven track record managing major power generation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of safety culture and enforce an injury-free environment.
• Direct field operations, manage subcontractors, and coordinate activities with design and commissioning teams.
• Oversee project sequencing, means & methods, and QA/QC to meet schedule and budget.
• Mentor field teams and develop relationships with trade partners and clients.
• Drive project closeout activities and turnover packages with owners and engineers.
