Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a General Superintendent – Power to lead field operations on natural gas and thermal power generation projects. You will develop project plans, oversee subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across all phases.

Strong collaboration with engineering, commissioning, and client teams is essential. You will mentor field staff, manage complex construction means and methods, and drive operational excellence while aligning with project goals

• Experience supervising field operations on large projects
• Knowledge of power generation construction and commissioning

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and injury‑free environment, mentor staff
• Communicate project information to owners, design teams, subcontractors and authorities
• Manage field operations, schedules, cost codes, and documentation
• Oversee self‑perform work, equipment and material planning
• Coordinate with commissioning teams for turnover, start‑up and testing
• Collaborate with OEMs and engineering partners to resolve field issues
