Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a General Superintendent – Power Group to provide field leadership and operational oversight on natural gas and thermal power generation projects. You will develop project plans, direct field operations, manage subcontractors, and coordinate site activities to meet schedule, budget, and performance goals.

The role requires deep power-sector construction knowledge, strong QA/QC processes, and the ability to mentor field teams while maintaining client and partner

Qualifications

• 12+ years of construction experience.
• 10+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience coordinating startup and commissioning activities for complex mechanical/electrical systems.
• Proven leadership on projects involving large-scale rigging operations and high-energy systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff.
• Manages project staffing and subcontractors.
• Oversees installation of major power-plant systems including gas turbines and HRSG components.
• Coordinates turnover packages with commissioning teams and owners.
• Ensures QA/QC and safety compliance across projects.
