Job summary

HDR is seeking a Power Generation Project Manager to lead multi-discipline teams on utility-scale energy projects, including gas, solar, wind, and storage systems. You will manage schedules, budgets, and client expectations while driving proposals and contract terms from pre-positioning to project completion.

The role requires a PE license, a engineering degree, and 7+ years in project management, with 2+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 7 years related experience including at least 2 years in project management.
• Professional Engineer license recognized by the licensing board.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team, manage schedule and budget, coordinate disciplines.
• Provide daily leadership to project team and staff.
• Develop project work plans and ensure scope, schedule, and cost targets.
• Maintain client relations and perform marketing and business development.
• Act as proposal manager, review contracts, and assess risks.
• Implement quality control and lead design reviews.
