Job summary

JE Dunn Construction’s Advanced Facilities Group seeks a General Superintendent – Power to lead field operations for natural gas and thermal power generation projects. You will direct safety, scheduling, subcontractors, and commissioning coordination across multiple complex sites, ensuring high‑quality, on‑time delivery while mentoring teams and partnering with clients and OEMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• Experience leading major power generation projects from pursuit through closeout is preferred.
• Experience coordinating startup and commissioning activities for complex mechanical/electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment and mentoring.
• Oversee field operations, subcontractors, and project planning to meet schedule, budget, and quality.
• Coordinate with commissioning teams for turnover, system walk-downs, and startup activities.
• Manage field staffing, procurement processes, and adherence to project contracts.
