Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Superintendent to oversee project sites, coordinate contractors, and ensure delivery in line with contract documents.

This role requires heavy travel and oversight of safety, scheduling, cost control, and quality across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction documents and subcontractor management, with the ability to lead teams and liaise with clients and inspectors on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional trade apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• Ongoing industry training included.
• Travel up to 100% and flexible hours including nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison to clients, inspectors, and visitors.
• Promote and maintain a safe, healthy work environment by enforcing standards.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and required inspections.
• Coordinate work to align with contract documents and quality standards.
• Develop and manage project schedules with all parties to meet milestones.
• Understand construction documents and subcontractor scopes for assigned projects.
• Administer contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders to ensure terms are met.
• Manage scope changes and ensure current contract documents are used.
• Maintain project files: timecards, field reports, RFIs, drawings, submittals.
• Support closeout activities including punch lists and start-up.
