Qualifications

• Willingness to travel up to 75% and work varied hours.
• Strong safety, cost, and schedule discipline with quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Champion zero-incident safety culture and enforce company policies at sites.
• Lead field operations and coordinate a team of field personnel and subcontractors.
• Ensure alignment of design, procurement, engineering, and field execution.
• Optimize constructability and scheduling across projects.
• Collaborate with project management on goals, budgets, and quality.
• Coordinate site visits, inspections, and punch lists with stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with all building codes and standards.
