Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking an EPC Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end energy engineering, procurement, and construction projects. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and a multidisciplinary team, while fostering strong client relationships and growth through strategic development activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical training and experience.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in managing large-scale specialty construction projects, including significant EPC leadership.
• Experience with full project lifecycle from feasibility to proposal support.

Responsibilities

• Lead early-phase development activities, including feasibility studies, site diligence, conceptual design, and cost estimation.
• Collaborate with business development and engineering teams to prepare proposals, cost estimates, and schedules for potential EPC projects.
• Provide guidance on project strategy and risk during the pre-contract award phase.
• Lead planning, organization, and staffing of electrical and/or specialty systems EPC projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, managing resources and milestones.
• Provide guidance and oversight to other Project Managers on best practices.
• Actively participate in talent development and mentoring within the project team.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding project quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Present project updates and progress reports to senior leadership and clients.
• Negotiate contracts, manage change orders, and address contractual issues with risk mitigation.
• Oversee engineering and design phases and reviews to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate between engineering, procurement, and construction teams for seamless execution.
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services, and coordinate with vendors.
• Develop and manage procurement plans and evaluate bids.
• Oversee on-site construction activities and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor progress with stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
• Engage in contractor license requirements and obtain additional licenses as needed.
