Job summary

WSP is seeking a Project Manager (Power & Energy) in Fort Worth, TX to lead large-scale Power & Energy projects within the PMO. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and KPIs, coordinate with clients, and mentor staff to ensure delivery excellence across the project lifecycle.

The role requires a strong background in power delivery, extensive project management experience, and the ability to manage contracts, risk, and stakeholder communications while upholding WSP’s safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical discipline or related experience in A/E/C, utilities, EPC, or power delivery.
• 12+ years of post-education experience in a project management role within the industry.
• Advanced proficiency with analytical and organizational skills and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for larger-scale, more complex projects with budgets, forecasts, margins and KPIs.
• Lead development of project proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost and change management and control.
• Participate in contract negotiations, presentations, and meetings.
• Provide regular project reporting and updates to clients and leadership.
