Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Sr Project Manager (Power & Energy) for our Power & Energy PMO in Amarillo, TX. Provides high level technical project leadership, guiding the administration, commercial, and technical aspects of assigned projects in line with WSP values.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, develop proposals, schedules, and resource plans, and ensure QA/QC, safety, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. 10+ years PM experience and PMP/CAP-M are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related major or equivalent experience.
• Essential project management certification required (e.g., PMP, CAP-M).
• 10+ years of relevant post-education experience in a project management role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-functional teams to execute project work across multiple projects, including budgets, hours, expenses, deliverables, and contract obligations.
• Lead development of proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans.
• Develop WBS tasks and estimated costs.
• Ensure QA/QC and adherence to safety and project procedures.
