Job summary

WSP seeks a Project Manager, Power & Energy for its Power & Energy PMO in Tulsa, OK. The successful candidate may work remotely within the United States and must travel to client or WSP offices for meetings.

You will supervise cross‑functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and contribute to proposals, risk management, and project documentation across mid‑size projects while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related major.
• PM certification (PMP or CAP-M) required.
• 7–10 years of post-education project management experience.
• Experience in the A/E/C industry and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with PM tools and MS Office; able to coordinate resources.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams; manage budgets, hours, and schedule.
• Contribute to proposal development, cost estimates, and resource plans.
• Develop WBS and cost estimates; ensure QA/QC adherence.
• Oversee risk management, margin analyses, and client communications.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams for project delivery.
• Provide regular reporting and dashboards to leadership.
• Ensure safety, legal, and contract compliance across projects.
