Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Power Delivery Project Manager based in Richmond, VA with remote work flexibility within the region. You will lead large-scale utility projects across transmission, distribution, and substations, ensuring schedule, cost, and risk controls while coordinating with IOUs, cooperatives, and IPPs.

You will mentor staff, drive QA/QC, manage stakeholder communication, and support pursuit and contract reviews throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive project management or senior technical leadership experience.
• Strong background in Power Delivery, transmission, distribution, or utility projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across full project lifecycle: proposal, startup, planning, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and client reporting to ensure contractual compliance.
• Mentor and develop project staff and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
