Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in project management or senior leadership in power delivery.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsabilités

• Lead PM leadership for large-scale utility projects across transmission, distribution, and substation scopes.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, margins, KPIs, earned value, and risk plans.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and client reporting.
• Oversee QA/QC and adherence to utility standards and PM practices.
• Mentor project managers and engineers, fostering leadership growth.
• Support contract negotiations, scope alignment, and delivery strategy.
