Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Senior Power Delivery Project Manager based in the Raleigh region with a Richmond, VA base, offering remote options. You will lead technical, administrative, and commercial oversight for transmission, distribution, and substation initiatives across a defined region, coordinating with utility clients and internal teams.

You will manage the full project lifecycle from proposal to closeout, drive schedules and budgets, mentor staff, and ensure QA/QC, safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 12+ years of progressive project management experience in power delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive leadership.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget in large utility projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Power Delivery projects from initiation through closeout.
• Coordinate with IOUs, IPPs, cooperatives, and public power clients.
• Mentor project managers and engineers; ensure QA/QC and safety standards.
• Provide risk-informed advisory guidance on schedule and cost.
