Job summary

RStudio is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer (Post-Sales) in the United States. You will serve as a proactive technical advisor on server configurations and architectures, collaborating with Sales and Customer Success to maximize the value of Posit’s products.

You will scale engagement through webinars, talks, and documentation while leading scoped implementations and communicating customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams. Strong post-sales and infra knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to navigate deeply technical post-sales calls and communicate to diverse audiences.
• Experience installing and configuring Posit Pro Products.
• Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, integrations, and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a proactive technical advisor to customers on server configurations and architectures.
• Scale reach through webinars, talks, workshops, and docs to help customers adopt Posit products.
• Lead scoped, project-based implementations from onboarding to delivery of outcomes.
• Provide the voice of the customer to Product Management and Engineering.
