Job summary

Posit is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer (Post-Sales) for remote work in the United States. You will serve as a proactive technical advisor for server configurations and architectures, guiding customers through strategic planning and best practices for open-source data science at scale with Posit's Pro Products.

You will lead project-based implementations, collaborate with sales and customer success, and advocate for customer needs within Product Management and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience explaining enterprise infrastructure and product architectures.
• Ability to install and configure Posit's Pro Products.
• Familiarity with server configurations and architectures.
• Exposure to IT/Admin duties and customer-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Act as a proactive technical advisor to customers on server configurations and architectures.
• Lead scoped, project-based implementations from onboarding to delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to maximize value realization.
• Provide voice of the customer to Product Management and Engineering teams.
• Improve team processes to enable focused work and healthy work-life balance.
