Job summary

PMC Commerce seeks a senior, delivery-focused Programme Manager to lead a major POS transformation. • The role requires a senior, delivery-focused Programme Manager with experience in complex technology-enabled transformations.
• Experience preferably in POS, retail, store technology or large-scale operations.
• Strong delivery governance, supplier management and operational readiness capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead programme initiation during RFP and supplier selection, identifying dependencies and risks.
• Develop and maintain the integrated programme plan with milestones and critical path.
• Coordinate delivery across change, store readiness, data migration, testing, deployment and BAU transition.
• Provide evidence-based reporting across workstreams highlighting progress and risks.
• Own and manage risks, issues, dependencies, decisions and actions.
• Track performance against budget, timeline, scope, quality and benefits with reporting to the Programme Director.
• Establish vendor accountability with clear deliverables and governance.
• Ensure store teams and stakeholders are prepared for go-live and adoption.
• Lead readiness activities including pilot planning and go/no-go packs.
• Support benefits tracking and post-implementation reviews.
