Qualifications

7+ years of program management/PMO experience.
Experience leading large cross-functional transformation programs.
Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
Ability to coordinate across operations, technology, risk, and external partners.

Responsibilities

Own the integrated program plan across all onboarding workstreams.
Lead governance cadences with steering committees and leadership updates.
Deliver executive-ready reporting, status updates, and decision logs.
Coordinate cross-functionally to remove blockers and maintain delivery.
Manage vendor and partner deliverables and interdependencies.
Maintain RAID tracking and proactive mitigation.
Support KPI development and program metrics dashboards.
