Job summary

ClearCaptions is seeking a PMO Supervisor to support the delivery engine of the PMO, ensuring high‑quality execution across projects. You will oversee project management standards, audit delivery, and coach PMs, Scrum Masters, and Coordinators under the PMO Manager.

You will drive PMO best practices, establish operating rhythms, perform audits, and escalate risks. This role emphasizes leadership, governance, and continuous improvement in a remote, travel‑flexible setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years as Project Manager or Senior Project Manager; 10 years preferred.
• 7+ years leading PMO operations; 3+ years in people management.
• Experience in PMO/governance environments.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and dependency management.
• Experience coaching delivery teams and driving action.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project, Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate project plans for PMO standards and delivery.
• Maintain accurate schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource alignment.
• Provide feedback on gaps, risks, and stakeholder alignment; enforce corrective actions.
• Monitor execution for consistency and stage-gate adoption.
• Establish PMO operating rhythms (weekly status, bi-weekly health checks).
• Define audits and health checks across active projects.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile practices, and governance; maintain traceability.
