The ideal candidate has 7+ years in program management or business transformation, strong stakeholder management, and a proven ability to drive accountability across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Program Management, PMO, or Business Transformation experience.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to drive accountability across multiple workstreams.
• Experience managing governance, reporting, and program execution.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive program governance, planning, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and external partners.
• Manage program roadmaps, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate steering committees, working groups, and leadership updates.
• Develop executive presentations, dashboards, and status reports.
• Identify and resolve blockers to keep the transformation on track.
• Support change management and adoption of new processes and operating models.
