Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy consulting or strategy & business operations in high-growth environments.
• Exceptional structured problem-solving and ability to distill complexity into insight.
• Execution with ownership and ability to move from strategy to action to results.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-organizational alignment.
• Executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Native AI fluency to accelerate analysis, synthesis, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Shape the 3-year growth strategy for the Services portfolio and identify next horizons.
• Develop frameworks clarifying tradeoffs for senior leadership.
• Identify 'better together' plays across services (attach, bundling, cross-sell).
• Build the analytical foundation for portfolio strategy and executive narratives.
• Diagnose performance with repeatable systems and drive fast, data-backed decisions.
• Lead cross-portfolio initiatives from problem definition to results.
• Anticipate misalignment across businesses and drive proactive resolution.
