Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy consulting or strategy & business operations.
• Fintech, payments and financial services experience helpful but not required; adapt quickly.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Shape the 3-year growth strategy for the Services portfolio and identify horizons.
• Develop frameworks to clarify tradeoffs for senior leadership and sequencing.
• Identify 'better together' plays across services to accelerate cross-sell and bundling.
• Own the analytical foundation for portfolio strategy and executive narratives.
• Lead priority cross-portfolio initiatives from problem definition to results.
