Responsibilities

• Own and run the Services Operating System.
• Design and run decision forums to shift leadership time to decisions.
• Streamline forums for efficiency, forward-looking planning, and action.
• Build durable operating frameworks and governance for annual planning.
• Lead planning, priority setting, and resource allocation.
• Orchestrate annual planning for the Services portfolio with clear owners and success measures.
• Establish prioritization and trade-off frameworks to translate strategy into execution.
• Run the in-year rhythm with checkpoints, re-prioritization, and course corrections.
• Surface data-driven insights to power decisions.
• Cut dashboard sprawl to a focused view of performance metrics.
• Craft and deliver performance narratives to leadership.
• Use AI to automate reporting, dashboards, and synthesis.
