Job summary

• 10+ years in business operations, strategy & operations in tech/SaaS environments.
• Deep expertise designing operating cadences, planning processes, and business reporting (KPIs, scorecards, reviews).
• Strategic & analytical acumen with strong problem-solving and financial planning skills.
• Executive communication: distill ambiguity into clear, compelling narratives for C-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and run the Services Operating System.
• Design forums and governance for decision-making to ensure leadership time focuses on decisions.
• Streamline forums to be efficient, forward-looking, and action-oriented.
• Lead annual planning for the Services portfolio with clear owners and success measures.
• Establish prioritization frameworks and trade-off decisions to translate strategy into execution.
• Run the in-year rhythm with checkpoints, re-prioritization, and course corrections.
