Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance required; master's preferred.
3+ years in commercial/retail portfolio management or credit analysis in lieu of education.
Formal credit training required.

Responsibilities

Perform high-level financial reviews to identify weaknesses, risks, and adverse trends.
Support RMs during early deal structuring and origination.
Document early-warning observations and ensure timely risk ratings.
Coordinate with Credit partners and CSU for information collection and escalations.
Monitor macroeconomic trends and industry signals to identify portfolio risks.
Maintain compliance with policies including BSA/AML and OFAC.
