Job summary

Amerantbank is seeking a CRE Relationship Manager IV in Coral Gables, FL to drive loan production and deposits while cross-selling bank services. You will manage the full relationship lifecycle from sourcing to closing, including structuring complex CRE transactions and maintaining strong community ties.

The role requires deep CRE credit knowledge, leadership, and the ability to mentor junior managers, with a focus on risk management and compliance across BSA, Patriot Act, and AML regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MS in CRE Investment/Finance preferred.
• Applicant must be NMLS registered.
• FBI background and credit check required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business relationships through networking and referrals.
• Maintain, nurture and deepen existing client relationships.
• Structure and negotiate complex CRE loan term sheets and documents with counsel.
• Review appraisals, analyses, and reports for compliance with terms and laws.
• Present to Loan Committee and senior management; communicate clearly.
