Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree. MBA or MS in CRE Investment/Finance required.
Applicant must be NMLS registered and show willingness to register.
10 years of experience in business development, credit portfolio management and CRE structuring.
FBI background and credit checks required before employment offer.
Expert real estate credit skills and ability to analyse financial statements.

Responsibilities

Responsible for loan production, deposit gathering and cross-sell goals.
Engage with customers to identify financial needs and offer banking products.
Develop new business relationships through networking and referrals.
Maintain and deepen existing client relationships.
Structure and negotiate complex CRE loan term sheets and documents.
Present to Loan Committee and senior managers; demonstrate strong communication.
Ensure compliance with risk, BSA, USA Patriot Act, OFAC and AML rules.
Coach junior relationship managers and lead by example.
Monitor portfolio quality with underwriting and portfolio management teams.
