Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a complex business and technical program. The role requires coordinating multiple interrelated workstreams and maintaining detailed plans, estimates, and executive status updates.

You will partner with product, engineering, QA, compliance, fraud, and business stakeholders to ensure projects meet objectives, stay on schedule, and stay within budget in a hybrid environment across major U.S. cities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Business, Project Management and/or Computer Science or related field.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Typically 8+ years of progressive project management experience managing large, complex programs.
• Experience in financial institutions or regulated industries and/or software development processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple interrelated project workstreams to align with strategic objectives.
• Report on project results, metrics, testing and deployment activities.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, estimates, and status reports for all phases and executives.
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues; monitor progress and ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams including product, engineering, QA, compliance, fraud, and business stakeholders.
