Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Program Manager to lead strategic programs across our financial services platforms. You will guide cross-functional teams, implement PMO governance, and ensure on-time delivery within budget while coordinating with partners and stakeholders across multiple workstreams.

The role emphasizes Agile/Waterfall SDLC expertise, risk management, and leadership in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Hybrid work is available in several major cities, including Chicago.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Program Management or Computer Science, or related field.
• 15+ years of program/project management experience and proven people leadership in matrixed environments.
• Experience with modern B2B SaaS software development and product launch motions (Paze).
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies across SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Drives and ensures execution of technology-intensive programs, on time and within budget.
• Monitors performance, identifies blockers, and leads teams to resolve issues.
• Establishes best practices, templates, and tools to support business objectives.
• Leads a high-performance team delivering milestones with cost, schedule and quality in mind.
• Manages multiple interrelated workstreams and reports program results to leadership.
• Engages external partners to assess schedules and dependencies for success.
