Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to deliver complex business and technical programs across mobile payments and fintech initiatives. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams including product, engineering, QA, compliance, and security to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery that aligns with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include end-to-end planning, risk management, and regular updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management and/or Computer Science or related field.
• PMP certification.
• 8+ years of progressive related experience managing large complex projects or programs.
• Experience in financial institutions or regulatory environments.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple interrelated project workstreams to align with strategic objectives.
• Report on project results, metrics, and deployment activities.
• Coach team members on policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide leadership for the project team to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, estimates, and status reports up to executive leadership.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues.
