Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management and/or Computer Science or related field.
• PMP certification.
• Typically 8+ years of progressive experience managing large, complex projects or programs.
• Experience in financial institutions or regulated industries and/or software development in data processing environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple interrelated workstreams to align with strategic objectives.
• Report on project results, metrics, testing, and deployment activities.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, design, QA, compliance, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, and steering committees to maintain momentum.
• Provide clear updates to senior leadership on blockers and risks.
