Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex mobile payments programs. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, security, and compliance to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management and/or Computer Science or related field.
PMP certification.
Typically 8+ years of progressive experience managing large, complex projects or programs.
Experience in financial institutions or regulated industries and/or software development in data processing environments.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple interrelated workstreams to align with strategic objectives.
Report on project results, metrics, testing, and deployment activities.
Lead cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, design, QA, compliance, and business stakeholders.
Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, and steering committees to maintain momentum.
Provide clear updates to senior leadership on blockers and risks.
