Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead mobile payments initiatives, including NFC and in-app provisioning, with a focus on iOS/Android delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, design, QA, and compliance to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires a PMP, 8+ years of experience, and a background in financial services. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement in multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management and/or Computer Science or related field.
• PMP certification.
• Typically a minimum of 8+ years of progressive project management experience on large, complex programs.
• Experience in financial institutions or regulated industries and/or software development processes.
• Strong team player with ability to coach/mentor in an ePMO environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Proactive in identifying process improvements and driving efficiencies.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple aspects of interrelated workstreams to align with strategic objectives.
• Report on results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities.
• Lead teams and motivate members to meet critical milestones.
• Establish best practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to improve effectiveness.
• Coach team members on policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide leadership for the project team and major milestones.
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases and status reporting.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues with the team.
• Support risk management and protect data integrity.
