Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead very large, complex programs and groups of inter-related projects. You will establish governance, track progress, manage risk, and control change to ensure delivery meets time, cost and quality objectives.

The role requires extensive technical and project management experience, mentoring PMO staff, and collaboration with executives, in a hybrid work environment across multiple locations in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management and/or computer science or related field.
• PMP or related certifications or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of program management experience.
• Leadership and mentorship in business and technical environments.
• Experience in financial institutions or regulated environments and SDLC knowledge.
• Ability to handle multiple complex projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of very large, complex programs and inter-related projects.
• Establish program management framework, governance, risk tracking, and change control.
• Align plans, interdependencies, and resources to ensure roadmap success.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risk, and resolve issues for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coach PMO team members and support internal/external audits.
• Maintain master program plan and communicate milestones to executives.
• Drive process improvements and best practices across programs.
