Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC in the United States (hybrid work model) seeks an experienced Program Manager to deliver very large, complex programs and manage multiple interrelated projects aimed at strategic goals.

You will establish project/program management framework, track progress, manage risks, and coach PMO staff, with extensive leadership and ability to work with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, PM, CS, or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 8+ years in program management.
• Experience leading multiple interrelated projects.
• Experience in financial institutions or regulated industries.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of very large programs with interrelated projects.
• Establish program governance, risk management and change control.
• Align roadmaps and resources with strategic priorities.
• Monitor progress, mitigates risks, and ensures on-time delivery.
• Coach PMO team and ensure audits and quality.
• Communicate status to executives and stakeholders.
