Job summary

Early Warning seeks a seasoned Program/Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across multiple product lines. You will guide teams through complex, technology-driven programs, ensuring on-time delivery within budget while aligning with business objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a deep understanding of SDLC and agile methods. This senior position offers a hybrid work model in major U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Program Management and/or Computer Science, or related field.
• 15+ years of program/project management experience with leadership in matrixed environments.
• Experience in financial institutions or regulated industries and/or software development processes.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with modern B2B SaaS software development and product launch motions.
• Background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Drives and manages the successful execution of technology-intensive products and programs.
• Monitors execution performance against targets and proactively addresses blockers.
• Establishes best practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to improve effectiveness.
• Leads and develops a high-performing team to deliver milestones within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinates interrelated workstreams to align with strategic business objectives.
• Communicates program progress to executive leadership and cross-functional leads.
• Mitigates issues and risks, driving solutions with teamwork and innovation.
• Supports risk management and data security commitments.
