Job summary

Early Warning is a trusted payments leader delivering large, complex programs across financial services. As Program Manager, you will establish governance, manage multiple interrelated projects, and ensure delivery meets time, cost and quality objectives.

You’ll mentor PMO staff, align dependencies, monitor risk, and communicate milestones to executives. The role supports a hybrid work model in the United States with eligibility to work required and no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, PM or CS or related field.
• PMP certification or related certification.
• 8+ years of program management experience.
• Leadership and mentorship in business/technical environments.
• Experience in financial institutions or regulated industries.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with ambiguity and tight deadlines.
• Strong communication with executive stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall and SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Drive outcomes within the program and related projects.
• Manage interrelated projects to support strategic objectives.
• Align plans and interdependencies for program success.
• Governance reviews to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and quality.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risk, and resolve issues across the program.
• Establish best practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships.
• Coach PMO team members on policies and procedures.
• Support audits of projects within the program.
• Engage cross-project interdependencies and define program milestones.
• Provide leadership and communicate milestones to executives.
• Maintain master program plan and status reports.
• Support risk management and data security commitments.
