Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a Sr. Manager, Portfolio Partner Management to lead a complex program across Paze Partnerships. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, partner with external and internal stakeholders, and ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and scope while aligning to business objectives.

The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery for mobile payments initiatives, with exposure to PSD2, GDPR, PCI, and FFIEC controls. Hybrid work model is available in listed cities including New York.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management and/or Computer Science or related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Typically a minimum of 8+ years managing large, complex programs.
• Experience in financial institutions or regulated industries and/or software development.
• Strong mentoring and relationship-building skills in cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in communicating with executives and stakeholders; SDLC and Agile/Waterfall familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple interrelated workstreams to align with strategic objectives.
• Report on results, metrics, tests, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive delivery.
• Establish best practices, templates, tools, and partnerships to improve effectiveness.
• Coach colleagues on policies and procedures and lead project teams to milestones.
• Prepare detailed estimates, plans, and status reports for stakeholders up to executives.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Support risk management and protect data integrity.
