Job summary

Early Warning Services, LLC is seeking a Sr. Strategic Partnerships Manager - Networks to lead relationships with payment network partners and to drive product performance, adoption, and transaction growth.

You will coordinate with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to advance priorities and deliver on commitments. You will manage partner plans, monitor performance, and provide market perspectives to support business and product decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
• Typically 12 years of experience in partner management, business development, relationship management, sales, or related disciplines.
• Experience with financial services or payments products and managing complex strategic partner relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience developing and executing strategic partner plans with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong consultative, conceptual, and strategic relationship-management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains trusted relationships with executives and decision-makers across assigned payment network partners.
• Manages the health, performance, and growth of assigned relationships.
• Develops and manages strategic account plans with clear priorities in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Gains alignment on shared priorities and coordinates partners and internal teams to execute commitments.
• Monitors partner performance measures and provides actionable analysis to management.
• Identifies opportunities to improve customer experiences, product performance, and transaction growth.
• Prepares for and facilitates strategic partner meetings and business reviews.
