Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for a hybrid role in San Francisco to lead a Consumer Lending portfolio. You will drive planning, execution and delivery across technology, product, and risk teams on a contract-to-hire basis.

You will partner with stakeholders, create plans and dashboards, and guide multi-project initiatives to on-time, on-budget completion in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven technical program management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across technology, product and risk.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or MIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of consumer lending initiatives from ideation to launch.
• Develop project plans with milestones, resources, dependencies and timelines.
• Create dashboards and reports to track progress with metrics.
• Coordinate meetings and remove blockers to keep projects on schedule.
• Provide leadership and status updates to executives and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technology, business and risk management teams.
