Huntington National Bank is seeking a Sr. Portfolio Manager (Associate Director) to support the Project Finance & Infrastructure team. You will underwrite credits, build financial models, and manage a portfolio of energy and infrastructure loans.

Expect collaboration with Relationship Managers and Credit; responsible for post-closing activities and ensuring strong asset quality throughout the credit lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 5+ years in underwriting, credit or portfolio management in Project Finance with financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the underwriting point person for the assigned portfolio and new clients.
• Recommends capital structure and collects data for credit decisions; monitors portfolio performance.
• Reviews financial statements, models, cash flows to form credit decisions.
• Prepares credit underwriting analyses highlighting industry, market, and financial trends.
• Ensures decisions reflect strong asset quality and risk/return balance.
• Obtains and negotiates credit documents and terms.
• Supports relationship managers with deal teams and client presentations.
• Mentors junior professionals.
