Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, or a related commercial role.
• Experience contributing to revenue, pricing, or P&L outcomes, and supporting an offering from insight through launch to growth.
• Strong data fluency, with the ability to use evidence to make portfolio and investment recommendations.
• Experience running customer discovery and translating findings into strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market decisions.
• Proven ability to work with enterprise sales teams and influence across functions without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the confidence to engage senior enterprise buyers.

Responsibilities

• The day-to-day commercial performance of Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training, including accountability for their P&L: revenue, margin, forecasting, and budget management.
• Commercial strategy recommendations for both offerings, including positioning and differentiation.
• Pricing and packaging proposals, developed with finance and sales and aligned with ECT leadership.
• Go-to-market execution: segmentation, buyer personas, launch plans, sales enablement, and partner and client positioning.
• The learning roadmap for both environments, prioritizing learning experiences and bringing them to market.
• Cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time, on-budget launches with quality that enterprise clients trust.
