Pearson is seeking a commercially minded Portfolio Manager for Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training to drive market success within Enterprise Content and Training. Qualifications

• 4+ years in product or portfolio management in enterprise learning or B2B subscriptions.
• Experience contributing to revenue, pricing, or P&L outcomes.
• Strong data fluency and ability to translate insights into strategy.
• Experience running customer discovery and translating findings into strategy.
• Proven ability to influence across functions and work with enterprise sales teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with senior buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day commercial performance of Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training, including P&L, revenue, margin, forecasting, and budgets.
• Provide commercial strategy recommendations for both offerings with clear differentiation.
• Develop pricing and packaging proposals with finance and sales.
• Lead go-to-market execution including segmentation, personas, launch plans, sales enablement, and partner positioning.
• Define the learning roadmap and prioritize learning experiences for market delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure on-time, on-budget, quality launches.
