In this role you’ll own P&L, revenue and forecast, coordinate with marketing, sales and solutioning, and shape a portfolio roadmap that delivers measurable business value through AI-enabled transformation and career-skilling initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product or portfolio management, enterprise learning, or B2B learning.
• Experience with revenue, pricing, or P&L outcomes.
• Strong data fluency and ability to translate insights into strategy.
• Experience aligning buyers, marketers, and solutioning teams.
• Excellent communication and storytelling with senior enterprise buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day commercial performance of Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training, including P&L.
• Recommend commercial strategy and go-to-market differentiators.
• Propose pricing and packaging with finance and sales.
• Oversee go-to-market execution: segmentation, personas, launches, enablement.
• Define learning roadmap and prioritize experiences.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to launch on time and quality.
