You will collaborate across sales, delivery, marketing, and finance to deliver measurable value, while leveraging AI to enhance outcomes for learners and organizations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product or portfolio management, ideally in enterprise learning, L&D, HR tech, or B2B learning.
• Experience contributing to or managing revenue, pricing, or P&L outcomes.
• Strong data fluency to inform portfolio decisions and investment choices.
• Experience running customer discovery and translating findings into strategy and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to influence across functions without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for senior enterprise buyers.

Responsibilities

• Shape the vision and strategy for two Pearson offerings, aligning AI to learning outcomes and market differentiation.
• Build and maintain the portfolio roadmap, balance demand with value, and propose leadership priorities.
• Define requirements and success metrics with learning designers and psychometricians to ensure measurable value.
• Collaborate with product, tech, marketing, and sales to align roadmaps and learner needs.
• Develop pricing, packaging, and business cases for finance and executive review.
• Provide sales enablement materials and field feedback to inform strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Coordinate across sales, marketing, delivery, finance, technology, and operations in a matrixed environment.
