Job summary

Pearson is seeking a commercially minded portfolio professional to lead the Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training portfolios in the US. You will drive revenue, pricing, and lifecycle strategy from insight through launch to growth, partnering with sales, delivery, and partner teams to maximize client value and market differentiation.

Responsibilities include building the roadmap, defining success metrics, and applying AI tools to enhance learning outcomes while coordinating across functions

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, portfolio management, or a related commercial role in enterprise learning or B2B subscriptions
• Experience contributing to revenue, pricing, or P&L outcomes across insight to launch and growth
• Strong data fluency to make portfolio and investment recommendations
• Experience running customer discovery and translating findings into strategy, roadmap and go-to-market decisions
• Proven ability to work with enterprise sales teams and influence across functions without direct authority
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for senior enterprise buyers

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day commercial performance of Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training, including P&L, revenue, margin, forecasting, and budget management
• Develop pricing, packaging, and business cases aligned with finance and leadership
• Define go-to-market strategies: segmentation, buyer personas, launch plans, sales enablement, and partner/client positioning
• Build and maintain the portfolio roadmap balancing demand, return, quality, and capacity
• Apply AI tools in portfolio work to prototype, test hypotheses, and synthesize market data
• Coordinate across functions to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and senior stakeholder alignment
