The role emphasizes AI-enabled transformation and cross-functional leadership across ECT planning cycles.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, or a related commercial role in enterprise learning or B2B offerings.
• Experience contributing to revenue, pricing, or P&L outcomes, supporting an offering from insight through launch to growth.
• Strong data fluency and ability to use evidence for portfolio/investment recommendations.
• Experience running customer discovery and translating findings into strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market decisions.
• Proven ability to influence across functions without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for senior enterprise buyers.
• Knowledge of enterprise change management, career mobility, technology skilling, AI-enabled transformation, or workforce development.
• Experience with learning design, assessment, or competency frameworks.
• Experience with live or cohort-based and digital learning delivery.
• Fluency using AI tools to accelerate portfolio work, and curiosity about AI's impact on enterprise learning.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day commercial performance of Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training, including P&L accountability.
• Develop pricing and packaging proposals with finance and sales.
• Go-to-market execution: segmentation, buyer personas, launch plans, sales enablement.
• Define effective learning outcomes and ensure evidence-based value for customers and learners.
• Build and maintain the portfolio roadmap, balancing demand, commercial return, and learning quality.
• Collaborate with product, design, and technology teams to align platform roadmap with priorities.
• Apply AI tools in portfolio work, prototyping, testing hypotheses, and data synthesis.
