Job summary

Pearson is seeking a commercially minded portfolio leader in New Jersey to own the Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training offerings. You will drive revenue, pricing, and strategic differentiation, partnering with finance, sales, and delivery to align on a strong GTM and calendar-driven roadmap.

You will use research and customer discovery to shape learning outcomes, with a focus on enterprise clients and AI-enabled transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience in product/portfolio management in enterprise learning or HR tech.
• Ability to manage revenue, pricing, and P&L for offerings.
• Strong data fluency to inform portfolio decisions.
• Proven track record in customer discovery and strategy translation.

Responsibilities

• Own and explain the commercial performance and P&L for Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training.
• Develop pricing, packaging, and business cases for leadership review.
• Define the vision and strategy, align roadmaps with enterprise needs.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery to enable GTM and successful launches.
• Apply AI tools to portfolio work and measure learning outcomes.
