Job summary

Pearson is seeking a commercially minded portfolio leader to own Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training. You will drive strategy, pricing, and GTM, partnering with marketing, sales, and delivery to ensure enterprise readiness and measurable value.

You will leverage research and customer discovery to identify high-value opportunities, define portfolio priorities, and align platform roadmaps with learner needs and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, or related commercial role in enterprise learning or B2B offerings.
• Experience contributing to revenue, pricing, or P&L outcomes from insight through launch to growth.
• Strong data fluency with evidence-based portfolio decisions.
• Experience running customer discovery and translating findings into strategy, roadmap, and GTM decisions.
• Proven ability to work with enterprise sales teams and influence across functions without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with senior enterprise buyers.
• Knowledge of enterprise change management, career mobility, technology skilling, AI-enabled transformation, or workforce development.
• Experience with learning design, assessment, or competency frameworks.
• Experience with live or cohort-based and digital learning delivery.
• Fluency using AI tools to accelerate portfolio work.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day commercial performance of Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training, including P&L accountability.
• Provide commercial strategy recommendations and pricing/packaging proposals with finance and Sales.
• Lead go-to-market execution: segmentation, personas, launches, enablement, and partner positioning.
• Define the learning roadmap and prioritize experiences based on evidence and demand.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery at quality standards.
• Apply AI tools to portfolio work and synthesize market data for decisions.
