Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of project management experience leading enterprise-scale CRM projects or professional services engagements.
• Solid knowledge of the Salesforce product suite and implementation across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the day-to-day delivery health of assigned engagements, ensuring SPSM standards and outcome-based delivery.
• Create, lead, and review project plans; monitor timelines and dependencies; track resource utilization.
• Lead one or two large enterprise projects or multiple interrelated projects with cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor risk signals and proactively identify and resolve project risks.
• Lead or support project recovery on at-risk engagements with escalation as needed.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation planning, issue/risk tracking, and organizational change.
• Serve as the primary delivery relationship owner for customer stakeholders at all levels.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships, drive future product roadmapping and process improvements.
• Facilitate client reviews, workshops, and status meetings.
• Lead difficult conversations on scope, budget, and timelines; document outcomes.
• Contribute to value realization by linking progress to mission outcomes and KPIs.
• Guide technical design documents with Architects/Developers and ensure quality of deliverables.
