Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of design and construction project management experience on port/maritime projects.
• Bachelor's degree required in Civil or Port Engineering/Construction Management/Architecture/Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Lead Design engineer for port and maritime projects from concept through design and bid package preparation.
• Manage and deliver construction of port and maritime projects.
• Act as Owner's Representative with clients, design firms, and contractors through all project phases.
